FEESTREAM is designed to identify CDT codes and their corresponding fees provided via PDF format from insurance companies. Using our proprietary extraction algorithm, these values are extracted and a file is generated with the codes and fees in the required format for uploading into your Dental Practice Management Software (PMS). Users can preview the results before purchasing the converted file.

FEESTREAM converts PDF insurance fee schedules. We currently do not support other file formats for conversion. Most, if not all, Dental insurance companies will provide their fee schedules via PDF. This may require a specific request to the insurance company as their default format is often via fax. Our algorithm works best with PDF fee schedules that have been provided digitally as ones that have been scanned from a fax or paper copy will produce varying results depending on the scan quality.

Yes, you need to create an account to use our service. This allows you to manage your conversions, track your credit usage, and access your converted files.

We offer a credit-based pricing system based on the number of fee schedules that need to be converted. Our service is $20.00 per fee schedule with volume pricing available for offices that need to convert more than five fee schedules. There are no subscription fees or recurring charges.

We accept all major credit card payments through our secure Stripe integration.

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team support@feestream.com if you're unsatisfied with your conversion results.

After logging in, navigate to the upload page, click on the "Upload" button, and select your PDF file. Our system will then process your file for conversion.

The conversion time depends on the size and complexity of your PDF. Most conversions are completed in under a minute.
